CrewBox Pro was born from a frustration with the status quo of the construction software industry itself. In early 2025, while working with a few clients, we had spent countless hours trying to get an integration team for a software company to even work with us.
Our clients grew increasingly frustrated. Then project deadlines were missed, and we had very unhappy clients. We looked at the landscape and we knew that we could build that application ourselves. That's why we created CrewBox: to be the solution and not too big to be the problem.
Today, we're proud to support hundreds of teams across multiple countries, turning site documentation from a chore into a competitive advantage.

Mark was the one that felt the most frustration trying to get a big software company to allow us to integrate with them. He convinced the rest of the team we should build it for our clients!
Wait… why the matching outfits?
Glad you asked. The uniforms are a tribute to The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou — Wes Anderson's 2004 masterpiece starring Bill Murray as Steve Zissou, an oceanographer who sets out to hunt down the jaguar shark that ate his best friend. His whole crew aboard the Belafonte wears matching powder-blue uniforms and red beanies, and somehow that ragtag team pulls off the impossible together. It's one of our all-time favorite movies — and honestly, the ethos fits: we're a small crew, we love what we do, and we believe the team that suits up together ships together.
Our other favorite is Fight Club, but we figured those photos would be a bit much. ;)
