Dashboard Overview: Company Overview
Learn how to use the dashboard widgets, filters, and activity pipelines.
The CrewBox Pro dashboard serves as the central command center for your operations, offering a comprehensive, high-level look at your team's real-time productivity and project statuses. The top of the page features a global date filter allowing you to toggle your data view between Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days. Directly below this filter, a row of dynamic summary cards provides an instant tally of key performance metrics across your entire organization—including total active projects, uploaded media files, documented assets, open versus completed tasks, active crew members, and recent team comments.
Directly beneath these summary metrics, the dashboard splits into two primary operational widgets designed to keep your workflows on track:
- Project Pipeline: This module tracks your total project volume, displays a visual progress bar of active engagements, and lists a "Recently Active" feed complete with relative time stamps and quick-glance utility icons.
- Task Health: This section features an intuitive, color-coded donut chart breaking down total tasks by their current status (To Do, In Progress, Done). It also categorizes your outstanding items by priority levels ranging from Low to Urgent, while raising a highly visible badge to warn you of any overdue tasks.
Further down the page, the dashboard shifts its focus toward granular asset tracking and team collaboration. Dedicated columns for Media and Document Activity provide horizontal bar charts detailing which specific projects are accumulating the most files, alongside a chronological feed of recent uploads with exact file sizes. Adjacent to this, the Crew Overview module highlights individual team member engagement levels. Finally, the bottom layout is anchored by a real-time Recent Comments feed to keep you looped into ongoing team conversations, and an Upcoming Deadlines panel that explicitly flags high-priority task targets due within the next 30 days.
