Steps
- On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email address on your CrewBox account.
- Tap Send reset link — a confirmation card appears.
- Open the email, follow the reset link, and set a new password.
- Tap Back to login and sign in with the new password.
Troubleshooting
- No email? Check spam, and confirm you entered the address your account was created with (the one you sign in with).
- Biometric login enabled? After a password change, sign in once with the new password; biometric login continues from there.
- Signed in with Google? There's no CrewBox password to reset — use Continue with Google (guide).
