What You'll Need
- A Google account on your device
- A CrewBox account linked to that Google email
Steps
- Open CrewBox. On the login screen, tap Continue with Google.
- Your phone's system browser opens Google's sign-in page. Pick your Google account (or sign in to it).
- Approve the sign-in. The browser hands you straight back to CrewBox.
- You land on the Home dashboard, signed in.
How It Works (and Why It's Safe)
CrewBox uses Google's recommended native app sign-in (OAuth 2.0 with PKCE) through your system browser. The app never sees or stores your Google password — it only receives a one-time authorization code that CrewBox's server exchanges securely.
Troubleshooting
- Browser opened but nothing happened after approving? Return to CrewBox and try again — the sign-in link expires quickly for security.
- Wrong Google account? Sign out of CrewBox (Profile → Sign out) and repeat, choosing the correct account in the browser.
