Delete your CrewBox account
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data for CrewBox, the mobile app published by CrewBox Pro, Inc. Submit the form below and our team will process your request. You can also email support@crewbox.pro from the address on your account.

Follow these steps to have your CrewBox account and data permanently deleted.
1. Submit the form
Fill in the deletion request form below using the email address tied to your CrewBox account, so we can verify the request.
2. Confirm your identity
We may reply to confirm ownership of the account before we delete anything. Watch for an email from support@crewbox.pro.
3. We delete your data
Once verified, we permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days and email you a confirmation.
What data is deleted & what is kept
When your deletion request is processed, the following applies.
Data we delete
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Name, email, phone number, and company details
- Projects, jobsite photos, videos, and annotations you created
- Tasks, documents, reports, tags, and comments
- Device and usage data linked to your account
Data we may keep
- Records we must retain to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations
- Information needed to prevent fraud or future abuse, or to resolve disputes
- Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you
- Content shared into a workspace owned by another account, which stays with that workspace
Retention period
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Data held in encrypted backups is purged on our regular backup rotation, no later than 90 days after your account is deleted. Any data we are legally required to retain is kept only for the period required by law and then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
