Open the editor
Click any task card on the Kanban board (project tab or global Tasks page). The task opens in the task editor dialog — the same dialog used to create tasks.
You can also open a task from the dashboard's Upcoming Deadlines widget: clicking a deadline opens the task in the edit dialog right on the dashboard.
What you can change
- Title (required) and description.
- Status pills: Backlog / To Do / In Progress / Done.
- Priority pills: Low / Medium / High / Urgent.
- Due date and time (required).
- Assignee — the single-assignee picker lists the project crew first, then all operators, plus "Unassigned".
- Tags — via the tag selector and tag manager.

Save to apply; the board refreshes with the updated card.
Manage attachments
- Attached photos show as a thumbnail grid — click one to open the photo viewer.
- Attached documents are listed with links into the document viewer.
- In edit mode, each attachment can be unlinked. A confirmation dialog clarifies that unlinking removes the connection only — the photo or document itself isn't deleted.
Quick status changes without the dialog
If all you need is a status change, skip the dialog: drag the card to another column on the board.
