Steps
1. Create the section
In the report editor, click New Section in the section sidebar. The new section is added to the list and opens in the editing pane.
2. Name and describe it
Fill in the three text fields — each has a character limit with a live counter, and commits when you click away from the field (so the preview doesn't churn on every keystroke):
- Title — up to 100 characters.
- Sub-title — up to 150 characters.
- Summary — up to 500 characters of narrative for the section.

3. Add photos
Click Add Photos to open the photo picker. It searches the project's media by filename and description, and supports multi-select from the grid — check every photo you want, then confirm. The photos appear as rows in the section.
4. Arrange and annotate the rows
Each photo row shows a thumbnail plus:
- A title override (up to 50 characters) and a description (its budget scales with the photos-per-page setting).
- A Display selector — Original / Annotated / Both — when the photo has annotations.
- A row menu with Move to Section, Duplicate, and Delete.
Drag rows to set the order photos appear in the PDF.
Tips
- If you enable Section Title Pages in Report Settings, each section gets its own title page in the PDF — useful for long reports.
- Everything autosaves; the live preview (on large screens) shows the new section within a moment.
