Steps
1. Enter Select mode
On the project's Photos tab (or the cross-project Images page), click Select to turn on checkboxes.
2. Select the media
Check the photos and videos you want to share. Group header toggles let you grab a whole day, label, or uploader section at once.
3. Click Share in the Actions menu
From the floating action bar's Actions menu, choose Share.
4. Pick a destination
CrewBox opens your browser's native share sheet, so you can hand the files to email, messaging, or whatever your system offers.
5. Fallback: download
If your browser doesn't support native sharing, CrewBox falls back to downloading the files so you can attach them wherever you need.
Tips
- Individual photos are also shareable by link — every photo viewer URL is deep-linkable, so copying the address shares that exact photo with teammates who have access.
